What's Involved?
Having an EV charger installed is a simple process.
A brief over view can be as simple as this;
- Decide which EV charger you would like to have installed.
- An assessment is then undertaken of your existing electrical demand, age of wiring, consumer unit.
- Any suppliers requirements can be taken into consideration (dynamic loading or applications for a larger fuse if needed)
- If through your choices of charger, installation location or the existing electrical system the cost will be greater, an in depth estimate will be revised.
- Installation can then be completed with commissioning and associated certification, building control notices and warranty registration
